[This book discusses the history of a trade organization called the Ouada Tong.
It begins with a discussion of the organization itself, and then focuses on
interactions that individual merchants around Vvardenfell have had with the
organization. The following passage caught your attention.]

When questioned about their first interactions with the Ouada Tong, Mavon Helas
produced almost an exact copy that other merchants have shown. This ledger, like
the others, enabled Mavon to communicate with the Ouada Tong from anywhere. He
went on to mention some of his more favorable trades.

"When I moved next through Balmora, I stopped at the corner club..."

[Skimming ahead a bit, Mavon discusses several stops, before coming to Vivec.]

"Then in Vivec, I met another merchant familiar with the Ouada Tong. I was
surprised! I had thought I was the only person in all of Vvardenfell that ever
even heard of this guild, let alone worked with them. This other merchant was
very familiar with them, though, and had made a good fortune leveraging their
services very much as I do. He had since retired, and sold his ledger to an
aspiring rare book shop in the city."<BR>
