7e4919c6ed Refactor matrix4.h
Sets the surprising row-major conventions used here straight.

Renames rotateVect to rotateAndScaleVect:
If the matrix also scales, that is applied as well by the method.
Obsolete rotateVect variants are removed.
The inverseRotateVect method is also renamed accordingly.
Note that this applies the transpose of the product
of the scale and rotation matrices, which inverts just the rotation.

2e883189c1 Improve block bounds HUD feature
* Use different material than selection box, so it doesn't break
  for non-default `node_highlighting` values.
* Add `show_block_bounds_radius_near` setting.
* Draw mesh chunk edges in a different color (red vs yellow).

481bb90eac Fix segfault in drawItems() due to missing inventory list
This fixes a nullptr dereference when the specified inventory list is not known.
Happens when HUD elements are sent before the required inventory list is created.

Add a key to toggle map block bounds (#11172)
It's often useful to know where the map block boundaries are for doing server admin work and the like.
Adds three modes: single mapblock, range of 5, and disabled.
